Now Hiring: Patient Success Coordinator

The Patient Success Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Virtual Health Partners.  Working directly with the operations and commercial team, you will utilize strong communication and technology skills to improve engagement and digital literacy among patients. The Patient Success Coordinator will report to the commercial and operations management team. This is an hourly position, paying $25 – $30/hour based on skill set and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase patient engagement
  • Manage multiple follow up tasks independently
  • Bring positivity and clarity to written and verbal communications with patients
  • Implement and improve engagement/outreach strategy and processes
  • Utilize and manage engagement tools for text campaigns; email campaigns; call outreach
  • Communicate 1:1 with patients via phone call when needed

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Passion for working at a fast-paced, early-stage company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident
  • In person is optional, if NYC based
  • Available to work 25-30 hours per week
  • Availability weekdays 8am-5pm (flexible) and several weekday evenings a week for ~1 hour (flexible time)
