Now Hiring: Content & Program Specialist
The Content and Program Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Virtual Health Partners. Working directly with clinical operations team, you will utilize strong communication, clinical, and technology skills to develop content and lead program curriculum for patients. This is expected to be 25 – 30 hours per week, with the potential for full time.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical team members in content development including assigning projects and providing feedback
- Content principally includes educational handouts and live and on-demand classes for disease states such as diabetes, obesity, prenatal/postpartum, digestive health, and food as medicine
- Create case studies while understanding key components of programs and conveying member experience and clinical outcomes to partners
- Design programs which balance clinical best practices and partner needs as well as presenting existing programs to partners which highlight VHP differentiators, clinical outcomes, and program details to inform partners and potential partners of VHP offerings
- Assist with RFPs and other submissions, writing to VHP’s capabilities and clinical outcomes for proposals and submissions
- Monitor program outcomes as dictated by program goals
- Research, outline, and write white papers on clinical topics relevant to VHP’s programs and capabilities
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Registered Dietitians, nurses, or others with medical background are welcome to apply
- Passion for working at a fast-paced, early-stage company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel mandatory)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident
- This position is 100% in-person in the New York City office
