What to expect:
Chaise classes blend aerobics, ballet, and Pilates moves into one class. Get ready for some full-body toning and lengthening through core movements and cardio.
You will be challenged and motivated by the energy of our live classes and our diverse class programing in the convenience of your own home. Our workouts can be done in any sized space and require minimal equipment such as various strengths of resistance bands to feel the burn in these classes.
Your Chaise On Demand membership will give you access to in studio live classes that include ChaiseBands and Chaise BandSculpt.
In addition you will have exclusive access to special add-on videos that allow you to mix and match based on time and ability.
You will also find specific videos to help with injury prevention and stretching. You will now be able to bring the personalized, results driven ChaiseFitness studio into your home.
Resistance Band. Mat. Those are the only things you will need to feel the burn in this class. ChaiseBands blends aerobics, ballet, and Pilates moves into one class. Get ready for some full-body toning and lengthening through core movements and cardio.
3 levels of resistance bands. 1 Mat. Those are the only things you’ll need to feel the burn in this class. In CHAISE BandsSculpt you will continually engage your core while sculpting and lengthening the entire body. Blending Pilates and ballet movements you will work in a slower controlled pace to target each muscle group. Your muscles will feel well defined and stronger after just one class!
