RACHEL DANIELS

DIRECTOR OF NUTRITION

Rachel is the Director of Nutrition, leading the development of clinical and educational nutrition content. She also manages the VHP team of nutrition specialists across the country. Rachel completed her Master’s Degree and dietetic internship at Teacher’s College Columbia University. She has worked with a wide variety of surgical, endoscopic weight loss, belly balloon, and medically managed weight loss patients.

RACHEL PUTMAN

DIRECTOR OF FITNESS PROGRAMMING & PARTNERSHIPS

Rachel drives the overall vision for the VHP fitness program. She also manages revenue driving partnership opportunities in the fitness and wellness industry. Rachel comes to us from the retail industry, previously working in buying for major corporations such as Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue. Her experience is in margin growth strategy, e-commerce, customer-facing business driving initiatives, and managing partnerships.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Pooja is the Director of Marketing, leading the creative marketing strategies across all channels. With a degree in both marketing and engineering, Pooja has extensive experience in creating engaging products, and creatively tapping them into a target niche. Her background comes in working with high-profile brands including Johnson & Johnson, Toys”R” Us, Ann Taylor, and LOFT.
