Director of Fitness

Virtual Health Partners is looking for a Director of Fitness who will engage with executives and business partners to drive profitable growth and ensure effective fitness programming for the myvirtualhp platform. The position focuses on planning, training team members, developing partnerships and managing the fitness program and fitness products on the e-store. Virtual Health Partners is a virtual platform that works directly with physicians and their patients, to provide revolutionary care for patients trying to lose weight, trying to get pregnant and who want to live healthier lives. We are a fast growing and innovative start-up company. The Director of Fitness will manage the VHP team of fitness consultants, the virtual fitness class schedule and all fitness related content on the platform. The role requires a team member who will be a key player in driving new ideas, content, and vision for the platform. The Director of Fitness will report into the CEO, and will work with and/or assist the Directors of Marketing, Nutrition and Behavior Modification on cross functional projects. This position will also involve developing relationships and creating partnerships with external companies related to fitness. It requires a driven self-starter, who is passionate about health, fitness, and technology; who takes tasks from start to finish and one who enjoys working in a start-up environment.

The role would consist of the following projects/areas of management and would not be limited to them:

• Development of fitness program scheduling and programming
• Management of e-store fitness related products
• Develop relationships and contract with fitness partners
• Manage the fitness consultant team
• Management of video library content and filming
• Crossfunctional communication and planning with other team members and directors
• Training of new consultants
• Development of VHP training program for all team members
• Content development for blog and social media

  • Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Teaching, Kinseology, Physiology, Dance, or other fitness related subjects
  • Passion for technology, start-ups, health and fitness
  • At least two (2) years of experience in teaching, fitness training, or business development and sales
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have strong excel skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident

Assistant Marketing Manager

We are a fast growing, innovative start-up looking for a full-time Assistant Marketing Manager. Virtual Health Partners is a virtual platform that works directly with physicians and their patients, to provide revolutionary care for patients trying to lose weight, to get pregnant and to live healthier lives. The Assistant Marketing Manager will play a fundamental role as an expert in brand marketing, social media marketing, and bring creative thinking, process development and execution. He/she will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of projects and meet brand expectations. The Assistant Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will closely partner with the CEO and other cross functional team members to help drive adoption of the platform within specific customer segments.

The role would consist of the following projects/areas of management and would not be limited
to them:

• Responsible for driving editorial and promotional messaging of Virtual Health Partners
social media platforms, and fostering a community of active customers.
• Create, update, test and deploy emails using MailChimp to prospecting customers
• Manage and execute email campaigns (subject line, copy, creative tests) and make
recommendations based on results
• Manage all elements for upcoming trade shows (marketing assets, calendar dates, etc)
• Assist in creation and implementation of marketing materials (brochures, on-boarding
kits, etc)
• Monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product /platform
positioning in the marketplace
• Oversee market research, monitoring competitive activity and identifying customer
needs.
• Researching products, and supporting activation of our patient e-store, including
customized VHP products.

BA/BS degree,
• Passion for technology, start-ups, the analysis of products, market segments and health
• At least two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications, sales or marketing
for a technology company and/or healthcare company
• Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns
• Extensive writing experience and feel comfortable developing content for social and
MailChimp Emails
• Comfortable using tools such as MailChimp, Adobe Pro, Photoshop
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly changing
environment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Superior communications skills, including the ability to translate complex technical
products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics
• Must be a US citizen
